Economic support service and projects

The economic support service and projects provided by the “Alef” initiative for orphaned and needy families within education centers aim to provide job opportunities and improve income for these families. Here is a detail about this service:

  1. Establishing economic projects: Economic projects are established within the educational centers of the initiative. These projects include sewing workshops, bakeries, restaurants, cafeterias, and more. These projects are equipped with the necessary equipment and tools for work, and youth and women from vulnerable groups are trained to work in these projects.
  2. Providing job opportunities: The economic projects of the initiative aim to provide job opportunities for youth and women from the beneficiary families. They are employed and provide sustainable job opportunities that are appropriate to their abilities and skills. Employees receive the necessary training to develop their skills and improve their performance in their field of work.
  3. Income improvement: The work in these projects aims to improve the personal income of the beneficiary individuals and families. By providing sustainable job opportunities and achieving an adequate income, families are empowered to meet their basic needs and improve their standard of living.
  4. Skills Enhancement: Youth and women receive vocational training and skills to work on these projects. They are provided with basic knowledge and skills in areas such as sewing, baking, restaurant management, customer service, and others. This helps them develop their capabilities and increase their chances in the labor market.

Through this service, the “Alef” initiative works to provide job opportunities and improve income for orphaned and needy families. The initiative aims to enhance the economic independence of families and enable them to improve their financial conditions through sustainable economic projects
