The youth training service within the “Alef” initiative aims to qualify youth from vulnerable groups to work in the education sector and provide them with the necessary skills to improve their chances in the labor market. Here are more details about this service:

 

  1. Selection of beneficiaries: Young beneficiaries are selected from the same target group of the “Alef” initiative. Opportunity is guaranteed for young people with difficult circumstances and social and economic challenges.

 

  1. Vocational Training: Vocational training provides young people participating in the initiative with the skills and knowledge needed to work in the field of education. Specialized training courses covering a variety of professional topics related to education and upbringing are provided.

 

  1. Teaching skills: Young people are trained in basic educational skills, such as planning and implementing lessons and evaluating student performance. They learn effective teaching methods and the proper use of teaching aids and ICT in education.

 

  1. Leadership skills: Leadership skills are developed for young people, such as the ability to plan, organize and make the right decisions. They learn how to manage the classroom, direct students, and interact effectively with colleagues and the educational community.

 

  1. Communication and interpersonal skills: Young people receive training to develop communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents and colleagues. They learn how to communicate effectively, understand students' needs, and interact with them in an appropriate and supportive manner.

 

  1. تعليم القيم والأخلاق: يتم تضمين تعليم القيم والأخلاق كجزء من التدريب، حيث يتعلم الشباب قيم التسامح والاحترام والعدالة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية. يعزز هذا الجانب من التدريب تنمية شخصية الشباب وقدرتهم على تأثير إيجابي في حياتهم وحياة الآخرين.

 

The youth training service within the “Alef” initiative is an important opportunity for young people to develop their skills and increase their chances of obtaining jobs in the education sector. They are qualified comprehensively and personally, enabling them to work in educational centers and contribute to improving the quality of education and influencing the lives of children who receive free education in the centers affiliated with the initiative.

The Alef Initiative was established in 2017 and is an initiative that works to support vulnerable groups in Iraqi society by providing free education to orphaned children, children of needy families, and displaced persons, in addition to children living in areas that have been subjected to war conflicts. The initiative also aims to provide job opportunities for young people of the same category in the education sector. The initiative is registered as one of the initiatives of the Bonyan Organization for Development and Education in Iraq. Bonyan Organization for Development and Education is a non-governmental organization registered with the Iraqi Department of Non-Governmental Organizations under the number (1SE2204022)​
